Easy return in 14 days
In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products purchased from Bursa de Cartuse platform, you have the right to return them within 14 calendar days from the moment the courier delivered them to you. Products can be returned by filling in the Return Form.
How do you return the products sold by Bursa de Cartuse:
Because you are an important customer for us and we do not want any small misunderstandings to affect our collaboration in the future, please consult this section carefully, to avoid any unpleasant future events.
1. Fill in the Return Form, making sure that the product you want to return meets the return conditions (see the Return Conditions).
2. Select from the Return Form one of the return options: refund or product.
If you choose to return the product and receive other goods, you can contact us immediately to issue a next order covering the amount of the return.
If you chose to be reimbursed the amount paid upon purchase and the product you returned meets the return conditions, we will refund your money into the account specified by you in the Return Form. The money will be visible in your account within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the return of the goods.
3. After the return request is approved, we will send the courier to you to pick up the product you want to return. The transport costs will be at your expense.
You will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your request and you will also find out the cost generated by the return of the parcel.
General conditions applicable to all product groups:
You can return the products within 14 calendar days from the moment they were delivered to you by courier, irrespective of whether you are a natural or legal person. Therefore, in order to be taken into account, the Return Form can be sent at the latest on the 14th calendar day from the date of delivery of the product.
All the products you return must be in the same condition as they were when you received them. We cannot accept the products subject to unauthorized interventions or damaged: traces of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, bumps, mechanical/electrical shocks; also, we cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories.
You must return the products in the original packaging, accompanied by the original labels, which must be intact.
If you purchased several similar products and want to return them, the return is accepted only if one product was unsealed and not all (of the similar products).
The shipping cost for the return consists of the initial shipping cost of the parcel and the return cost.
